Our Process
We will take care of every aspect of the project from concepts to completed, ready to occupy projects.
Working in conjunction with our UK based, global construction partner, Equus Works, or our Australian based construction firms, your luxury garage, equestrian facility, wine cave or hunting lodge expectations can be met anywhere.
Because of the varying expectations of our clientele, and the diverse locations we operate in, the specific process must be carefully tailored to suit. However, in broad terms, we start with:
· A personal call to establish a working relationship, discuss ideas and confirm expectations.
· Assessment of existing plans and situation,
· Execution of concepts
· Creation of working documentation and local authority approvals
· Commencement of the build
· Hand over to the client.
From the start, you will be personally dealing with our managing director and principal designer, Mr Jayde Deverson, who will tailor a process to suit your individual requirements.
Our aim is to reduce the burden on the client by taking on all aspects of the project and responsibility, allowing the client to participate in the finer aspects of design and selections.
